A 20-year-old engineering student in Bengaluru, driving his father’s new Mercedes-Benz, fatally struck a 30-year-old woman crossing the road. The student, reportedly intoxicated after a mall visit, lost control of the vehicle. He initially fled the scene but was apprehended by bystanders after colliding with another motorbike shortly after.
