The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has ordered Embassy Office Parks Management Services to suspend its CEO, Aravind Maiya, due to his previous involvement in a financial scandal at Coffee Day Enterprises. SEBI’s decision stems from an order by the National Financial Reporting Authority (NFRA) that barred Maiya from auditing for his role in the Coffee Day scandal.
