The Election Commission of India has issued a notice to AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal demanding proof of his claim that BJP mixed poison in the Yamuna river to avoid potential legal consequences. Citing serious ramifications like public unrest, the ECI asked Kejriwal to validate his statement by Wednesday evening. The BJP has also urged ECI to bar Kejriwal from campaigning.
