The Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi Temple committee has requested local devotees to avoid visiting the temple for the next 15-20 days due to overcrowding from pilgrims traveling from the ongoing Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj. The Uttar Pradesh government has also increased security measures as they prepare for the ‘Amrit Snan’ on ‘Mauni Amavasya’.
