Kerala High Court granted bail to a Bengaluru man, ruling that mushrooms and magic mushrooms are not narcotic substances under the NDPS Act. The man, arrested with small quantities of charas and ganja, was found with magic mushrooms that didn’t meet the commercial quantity of psilocybin, leading to his bail eligibility.
