A family was shocked when their deceased relative, Pandurang Ulpe, appeared to revive after an ambulance hit a speed bump, causing his fingers to move. Initially declared dead due to a heart attack, Ulpe was later confirmed alive and successfully treated. The incident is under investigation by health officials to determine why he was prematurely declared dead.
