Maharashtra chief minister Devendra Fadnavis assured NCP leader Ajit Pawar of a future chief ministership. Fadnavis outlined a three-shift work schedule, with Pawar handling mornings, himself working from noon to midnight, and Deputy CM Shinde covering the night shift. Pawar, known for his CM ambitions, recently rejoined the government after splitting the NCP.
