Two people operating an unlicensed tattoo parlor in Trichy were arrested by police. The duo advertised extreme body modifications like tongue splitting and eyeball tattooing on social media. Authorities discovered surgical equipment during an inspection and sealed the shop due to public health risks. The owner, who reportedly received eyeball tattooing in Mumbai, lacked proper training.
