Wipro, India’s fourth-largest IT firm, is ramping up hiring in anticipation of a 2025 market rebound. Under CEO Srinivas Pallia, they plan to recruit 7,000-7,500 employees by year-end, shifting to a “train-then-hire” model with academic partnerships.
