Delhi and NCR are back under GRAP stage IV restrictions due to severe air quality. BS III petrol and BS IV diesel four-wheelers are restricted, and truck entry is limited. Construction, demolition, and mining activities are banned. Schools will operate in hybrid mode. This is the second time GRAP IV has been implemented this winter.
