A 22-year-old man surrendered to police after a shooting spree near Dunkirk, France, that left five dead, including two migrants and two security guards. The attacks occurred in Wormhout and a migrant camp in Loon-Plage. Multiple weapons were found in the suspect’s car. Authorities are investigating the motive and have increased security in the area.
