Former Karnataka chief minister and Maharashtra governor Somanahalli Mallaiah Krishna passed away at 92. His career spanned law, state and national politics, including roles as a Union Minister and Speaker of the Karnataka Assembly. Krishna also served as a member of the Indian delegation to the United Nations.
