Manipur CM N Biren Singh emphasized the Army’s responsibility to trace 56-year-old Leishram Kamalbabu Singh, missing from Leimakhong Army station since Nov 25. Despite local efforts and an FIR, his whereabouts remain unknown. Singh urged the Army to take a leading role in the search operation.
