Indian-origin astronaut Sunita Williams and her crew have shared their Thanksgiving plans from the International Space Station. Currently on an extended mission, Sunita and her fellow astronauts will enjoy a space-adapted feast of smoked turkey, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash, and apples with spice. This continues a decades-long tradition of astronauts celebrating the holiday in orbit, fostering camaraderie and maintaining traditions while far from home.
