The Adani Group has denied bribery allegations leveled by the US Department of Justice and the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Adani Green Energy Ltd clarified that its executives, including Gautam Adani, Sagar Adani, and Vneet Jaain, were not charged with FCPA violations but face charges related to securities and wire fraud.
