India’s External Affairs Ministry expressed serious concerns over the arrest of Hindu leader Chinmoy Krishna Das in Bangladesh following attacks on minorities and places of worship. The ministry condemned the denial of bail and urged Bangladesh to ensure the safety and security of minorities, including their rights to peaceful assembly and expression.
