At least ten Maoists have been killed in an ongoing gunfight with security forces in southern Sukma, Chhattisgarh, that began Friday morning. Bastar range IG P Sundarraj reported heavy exchange of fire. This incident follows recent encounters in the region where security forces neutralised eight Maoists, including one with an 8 lakh rupee reward.
