US authorities have indicted Indian billionaire Gautam Adani, his nephew Sagar Adani, and others for an alleged $265 million bribery scheme. They are accused of bribing officials to secure solar power contracts in India. The US Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission have filed charges, alleging violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
