Delhi is cracking down on vehicles contributing to its severe air pollution. Over 2.7 lakh challans have been issued for Pollution Under Control (PUC) violations, with hefty fines imposed. Bans on older diesel vehicles and intensified checks have resulted in thousands of vehicles being impounded as authorities strive to improve air quality.
