Delhi-NCR and Mumbai secured the sixth and eighth positions, respectively, as the most expensive office locations in the Asia Pacific region in Q3 2024, according to Knight Frank India’s report. While Delhi-NCR’s prime office rents remained stable, Mumbai and Bengaluru witnessed a year-on-year growth, driven by strong corporate demand and limited new supply.
