Delhi’s Environment Minister, Gopal Rai, conducted a surprise inspection at ISBT Kashmere Gate and found BS-IV diesel buses from neighboring states entering Delhi despite a ban under GRAP-III restrictions. Rai criticized BJP governments in these states, alleging they were intentionally contributing to Delhi’s pollution.
