The Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) in India has initiated an investigation into Ola Electric following numerous unresolved consumer complaints about the company’s products and services. Despite Ola Electric’s claim of addressing 99% of grievances, the CCPA found that many complaints remained unresolved, prompting a deeper probe into the matter.
