The Rajasthan College Education Commissionerate has ordered 20 government colleges to paint their front facades and entry halls orange under the Kayakalp scheme. The initiative aims to create a positive and optimistic learning environment. However, the opposition Congress criticized the move as a political tactic to distract from the government’s failures.
