Nagpur police detained Jagdish Uikey from Gondia for sending 354 hoax emails targeting the PMO and other officials. Uikey sought endorsement for his book on terrorism and later issued false alerts out of frustration. His devices and communications are under investigation, and a psychological evaluation is planned.
