Lt Gen. MV Suchindra Kumar of the Indian Army’s Northern Command stated that the Army is reassessing strategies following the Baramulla terrorist attack and suspected cross-border support. Emphasising integration of military and social outreach, the Army also aims to empower youth, promote education and sports, and foster a peaceful environment in Jammu & Kashmir.
