Heavy downpours in Bengaluru caused severe waterlogging, forcing a closure on one side of the Electronics City flyover. The resulting traffic standstill saw commuters trapped for hours, leading many to walk home. The Bengaluru traffic police have issued alternate route advisories for affected commuters.
