GMR Group has entered into an agreement with ADIA’s subsidiary for a Rs 6,300 crore investment in structured debt. This funding will help GMR refinance all external debt of GEPL, significantly reducing pledged shareholding in GMR Airports and consolidating multiple lenders into a single capital source.
