Afcons Infrastructure Ltd will launch its IPO on October 25, aiming to raise up to Rs 5,430 crore through fresh shares and an offer for sale by its promoter. The company plans to use Rs 1,000 crore from fresh issue proceeds for capital expenditure, working capital, and debt repayment.
