Six Delhi policemen disguised themselves as labourers to arrest Raju Banarsi, a fugitive wanted for a decade-old murder over a property dispute. Banarsi, who had changed his identity and worked as a truck driver in the Chhattisgarh-Jharkhand border area, was ultimately captured following careful surveillance and infiltration by the officers.
