BharatPe and co-founder Ashneer Grover have reached a settlement, concluding a prolonged legal dispute involving allegations of fund misappropriation. Grover will no longer be associated with the company, and both parties will drop all ongoing cases. Some of Grover’s shares will be managed by a family trust for his children.
