Akriti Chopra, co-founder and chief people officer at Zomato, has resigned effective immediately to pursue other interests. Having joined the company in 2011, she played a pivotal role in its financial and operational development. Her resignation follows shareholder concerns about governance issues related to Zomato’s acquisition of Blinkit in 2022.
