Karnataka’s GCC policy to create 500 centres, 3.5 lakh jobs in 5 years

Karnataka has unveiled India’s first Global Capability Centres (GCC) policy, aiming to establish 500 new GCCs by 2029 and generate $50 billion in economic output. The state offers various incentives including reimbursement of skilling expenses and funding for innovation labs. This initiative is projected to create 3.5 lakh new jobs in Karnataka.
