Swiggy has submitted updated draft papers to Sebi for its anticipated IPO, which includes a fresh issue worth Rs 3,750 crore and an offer-for-sale of 18.52 crore shares by existing shareholders. The total IPO size is expected to exceed Rs 10,000 crore. Funds will be allocated for debt repayment, expansion efforts, technology upgrades, and marketing activities.
