The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation has declared over 50 drugs, including paracetamol, as “not of standard quality” in its recent report. The list includes calcium and vitamin D3 supplements, anti-diabetes pills, and high blood pressure medicines. Several pharmaceutical companies have denied responsibility for these drugs, calling them spurious. Investigations are underway to verify these claims.
