Accenture Plc is set to delay most staff promotions by six months, shifting them from December to June amid economic uncertainties in the consulting industry. The company has also decided not to provide salary hikes for employees in India and Sri Lanka for fiscal year 2023, citing decreased client spending and a broader downturn in the professional services sector.
