Oil India Limited (OIL) has signed the Oil and Gas Decarbonisation Charter (OGDC), showcasing its commitment to sustainable energy practices. Launched at COP28 in 2023, the OGDC aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the oil and gas sector. OIL targets Net Zero by 2040 through enhanced operational efficiency and R&D investment.
