The Maharashtra Cabinet sub-committee on industry, chaired by chief minister Eknath Shinde, has approved four high-tech industrial projects with a combined investment of Rs 1.2 lakh crore. These initiatives include a semiconductor unit in Panvel and electric vehicle manufacturing units in Pune and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, collectively creating over 29,000 jobs.
