Nykaa has taken legal action against its former Chief Business Officer, Aakash Asthana, now the CEO of Tata Cliq Luxury. The lawsuit accuses him of breaching his employment contract and attempting to recruit Nykaa employees for Tata Cliq. Nykaa seeks Rs 24 crore in compensation and a court order preventing Asthana from using confidential business data.
