Bajaj Housing Finance is set to launch its Rs 6,560-crore IPO on September 9, ending on September 11. The IPO consists of new shares worth Rs 3,560 crore and a Rs 3,000-crore offer for sale by Bajaj Finance. The proceeds aim to bolster the firm’s capital base, meeting RBI’s listing mandates for upper layer NBFCs.
