A Delhi court has ordered the framing of charges against Congress functionary Jagdish Tytler for his role in the 1984 anti-Sikh riots, which led to the killing of three Sikh men. The evidence suggests Tytler was part of an unlawful assembly and incited violence and looting against Sikhs following Indira Gandhi’s assassination.
