Rakesh Gangwal, a co-founder of IndiGo, sold over 2 crore shares in Interglobe Aviation for nearly Rs 9,550 crore, reducing his family’s stake to about 14.1%. This follows an agreement with Rahul Bhatia to exit the airline by 2027. The block deal caused IndiGo shares to drop nearly 3% on BSE.
