External affairs minister S Jaishankar said that the period of continuous dialogue with Pakistan has ended, stressing that actions have consequences and Article 370 in J&K is resolved. Pakistan has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi and other SCO leaders for an in-person October meeting.
