Flooding has intensified in Saurashtra’s coastal areas and Vadodara, with torrential rains causing widespread disruption over four days. Twenty-eight fatalities have been reported and numerous people displaced or rescued. Dwarka, submerged for the second time, has received over 300% of its average rainfall. Extensive rescue operations are ongoing.
