Anil Ambani and 24 other entities including former key officials of Reliance Home Finance Limited (RHFL) faced a five-year ban imposed by Sebi from the securities market due to diversion of funds from the company. Reliance Infrastructure and Reliance Home Finance shares dropped significantly following the announcement. Sebi also fined Ambani Rs 25 crore.
