The National Company Law Tribunal’s Hyderabad bench has given the green light to Adani Power for the Rs 4,101 crore acquisition of Lanco Amarkantak. This purchase includes a 600MW thermal power plant in Chhattisgarh and another 1,320MW plant in development. Adani Power will strengthen its lead as the top private electricity generator in India.
