Levi’s bets big on India as it chases $10 billion target

Levi Strauss & Co aimed to expand its business from $6.2 billion to $10 billion globally, with a significant focus on India. CEO Michelle Gass highlighted India’s potential due to its large youth market. The company targeted better gender balance and a wider product range, especially in tops. India’s segment for women increased from 20% to 30% of business revenue.
