Securities and exchange board of India (Sebi) responded to the Hindenburg report, asserting that chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch had made all required disclosures and recused herself in cases of conflict of interest. Sebi clarified the completion of 22 out of 24 investigations into the Adani Group and advised investors to exercise caution before reacting to such reports.
